Invoices : you will receive via email an invoice for your order. And a seprerate one from paypal to say your card has gone through.
Returns : We do our upmost to make sure your order is to satisfactory standards if for any reason returns must be made aware within 3 days of receipt of goods. If for any reason you are not happy with the items or they are broken or damaged please email us within 3 days of receipt. And we will either replace the item or give a refund once we get the item back. We will not repay for return postage.
Collection : We are very sorry but we don’t allow customers to come and collect orders. We are a web based business and trade only online.
Please Note: Unfortunately due to new FDA & Customs regulations, we cannot export herbs or Knifes outside the UK.

If you recieve any products that are not as described you can return them unused, and in original condition.
