Terms and Conditions
DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK.
We can now deliver most items to the US, for heavier items there may be an additional charge for delivery, if you are required to pay more then the standard delivery charge you will be sent a seperate paypal payment request e-mail to enable you to pay the additional charge, the charge would depend of the weight of your entire order so we are unable to give the delivery charge prior to checkout, we estimate that the delivery charge would be no more then 10,00 BPS. In any event any change to the delivery charge you will be notified via e-mail before any extra money is taken, if you are in doubt you should e-mail us letting us know what you intend to order before going through checkout and we will be able to give you a better idea of the cost of delivery before you pay for your goods.
GENERAL DISCLAIMER
We can offer no warranties or guarantees with regard to theraputic or metaphysical properties of any product we sell. As far as we are aware there is no formal scientific proof to substantiate that crystals, talismans or amulets or other artifacts we sell to cure or eleviate any particular medical condition and we therefore make no such claim. You must decide for yourself whether you believe in their capabilities and carry out your own research to collect such evidence to satisfy your needs. We also do not offer any guarantees or warranties that any item listed as magical contain any magical properties as there is no scientific proof either way to prove that they do, therefore we make no such claim and it is up to you to carry out your own research and decide for yourself whether you believe in their capabilities

ORDERS AND RETURNS
When an order is placed you will receive a confirmation order, listing all the relevant details.
If you have placed an order with us that has not yet been despatched you can cancel at any time by mailing sales@candlelightcraft.co.uk. ensuring you give the order number and if you do not want the whole order cancelled you must give the product code of the items you wish to cancel.
If you have placed an order and already gone through the check out system and would like to add something to that order you will need to place a seperate order which will result in a seperate delivery charge for that order, so please try and make sure you have everything you need before going through checkout .
We endeavour to provide clear pictures of all products where possible with as detailed descriptions as we can so you the customer can have an accurate idea of what to expect before you order the item, so we rarely get returns.
If when you receive your goods you decide you do not want them because you have changed your mind or simply do not like the item you must notify us by e-mail within 7 days of receipt, we do not pay for postage on returned goods, but if you return them within the designated period we will give a full refund for the value of the goods or replace with other items specified by you. All returned goods must arrive in the same condition they were sent out in within their original packaging or no refund will be given.
If you want to return goods because they were damaged when you received them or it is not the item you ordered then you must write to us at sales@candlelightcraft.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of your goods, the items must be returned in their orignal packaging. We will contact you regarding the proceedure of return. The item will either be replaced or arrangements made for the item to be collected from the customer and returned to us. In the case of damaged goods on arrival a full refund will be given at our discretion, in the case of wrong items being returned a full refund will be given and the correct item sent out to you at no further delivery cost to the customer.
DELIVERY
Once the order is in the postal system we loose control of it. We always maintain certificates or posting so we can demonstrate to the postal services that we did our bit. Many orders are sent using a reciepted delivery system, so you will need to sign for them. If your order is large or heavy it will normally be sent by carrier, in which case the goods are usually trackable online.
It is inevitable that things will occassionally go wrong and a package goes missing, even when this does happen, it usually turns up after a few days, however even if you elect to go for first class post you will not always receive the package next day. Delivery times can vary depending on where you are in the country and the royal mail sets delivery targets which we have no control over.
Please note that royal mail does not class a package as late until 7 working days has passed since posting, even for first class. If the package has been missing for 15 days the package can then be declared lost and we will be able to re-send.
Also worth knowing, if an order doesn't turn up as expected based on the postage option you selected, you should check with your local post office depot to see if they are holding it for you. It is very common for a package to get returned to a depot if you are not in to receive it, when this happens the postman should put a card through your door to tell you, but in our experiance that doesn't always happen.
POSTAGE
We try to keep our postal prices as low as possible, there is a lower limited because even small orders need to be properly packed. We have a basic delivery charge of 5.00 GBP which covers the cost of posting and packaging of your order and ensures that all orders are sent either by registered post of carrier for larger packages. If an order is very heavy there may be an increase in the delivery charge but we will send you a money request through paypal if that does occur although in general most orders do fall within the standard delivery charge. CREDIT CARD SAFETY
All credit card transactions are carried out through a secure server for your protection.
SECURITY POLICY
We will only ever use the information you give us for the purpose of order forfillment and contact between you and us, we will NEVER give any information out to a third party, we do not give or sell any information to any third parties.
All transactions that contain sensitive information such as address and credit card information takes place over a highly encrypted secure link, so it is not readable even while it is being sent. Once data arrives on our site all sensitive information is kept highly encrypted for storage, so even if someone could access the database there is nothing in there that could be read.
PRIVACY POLICY
We never share your details with a third party, so you will never receive any spam or phonecalls as a result of buying from us. We collect only the information we need for processing orders and will not use the information for anything else. Your data is secured (see security policy).
CONDITIONS OF SALE
Nothing in these conditions affects the statitory rights as a consumer.
Product description, we endeavour to keep our descriptions of the products we sale as accurate as we possibly can and support them where ever practical with detailed photos, by doing this you can see exactly what you are buying and are able to judge quality for yourself, so we hope this will enable you to buy confidently.
Many of our products we sell are of natural origin and so sizes, colours, markings and shapes may vary from examples given on the website (particularly with items of crystal based products where each item would be unique ). However we aim to be as consistent as we can in how we describe our products.
Where we think necessary we will include colour and size within the product description.
PRICES
All prices shown on the site are subject to packaging and shipping charges (which we keep to a minimum). These vary according to the weight of the order, all prices are shown and will be charged in GBP sterling.
Order content, all purchased products are itemized in the order for your review. You will receive the same details once ordered via confirmation e-mail and in an invoice sent with your order.
Each order has a unique identification number and each line item has a unique product code, a brief descriptive title and shows the quantity ordered and total value for each order line.
Postage and packaging charges will also be shown.
VAT
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT (Value added tax) , the standard government rate applies at 17.5%
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions where we feel necessary and it is the customers responsibility to check for any change in its text.
